I figured that this might become an issue at some point. In the process of sending dozens of emails a day (I send the letter to each Councillor), some email servers have flagged the affordablehousingprojectcanada@gmail.com email address. There are a couple ways around this problem: 1) We use a bulk email service. This would actually allow for even faster delivery to multiple municipalities than the current system. I am currently looking into this option. 2) Have individuals use their own email to send the letter to their local municipalities.
